3 Step Spicy Pumpkin Hummus

SPICY PUMPKIN HUMMUS

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  2. 1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  3. 1/2 lemon juiced
  4. 2 garlic cloves
  5. 2 tablespoons tahini
  6. 3 tablespoons extra virgn olive oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  9. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  10. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  11. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
  2. Process or blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve
