¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened nut milk (coconut or almond)
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1-2 tablespoon sweetener (agave or maple syrup)
Optional Toppings: unsweetened coconut flakes, almond slices, berries, vegan whipped cream
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl
- Transfer to individual glasses
- Refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours (overnight recommended)
- Top with whatever you’d like! (fresh fruit, coconut whipped cream, chopped nuts, etc.)
